As she gets to know the residents of the town, including the handsome, mysterious Brody, she begins to feel that she may have found a safe place to call home. However, just as Reece is starting to feel comfortable, she believes she witnesses a murder. The police can find no evidence to validate her story and immediately afterward, strange events begin to occur that make Reece question her own sanity and fear for her safety.

In the Press:

Johnathon Schaech says he and Heather Locklear were able to bond on several levels during shooting of Lifetime's upcoming "Nora Roberts' Angels Fall" telepic based on the best-selling novel. "We were both sharing something in our lives — the D word — so we had a lot in common," explains Schaech, whose divorce from wife Christina Applegate became final last year. The film marked his first meeting with Locklear, who also split from her spouse Richie Sambora in 2006, and he says he found her to be "a gem of a human being and a really nice person."

For himself, Schaech says he's heading into the new year with his spirits up. "I'm working on it day by day. I give it all over to the greater good."

Schaech plays a writer with whom Locklear's character falls in love in a small Wyoming town in the thriller airing Jan. 29. Her character is also the sole survivor of a restaurant massacre who's trying to rebuild her life, only to be thrust into the middle of a murder mystery.

Unfortunately, he says, they shot it in November in Calgary, Canada, and the weather proved to be detrimental to even faking romance. "It was warmer than usual because of global warming, but sometimes it was frigging cold, and it usually happened when Heather and I had to make out. When it's cold, trying to be sexy is not happening," he admits with a laugh.
